Cafe Soul's 3rd Anniversary Celebration - St. Louis, MO 9/24/2009
When Al B. Sure! was recently here in St. Louis for Cafe Soul's 3rd Anniversary at The Loft, I was blessed to be in the audience that night. I brought my camera and two of his CDs (IN EFFECT MODE & PRIVATE TIMES...AND THE WHOLE 9!) and a specially picked outfit (I was in Shades of Grey...) to see him live and in person. I didn't think I would get as close to him as I did and just THAT was enough for me but when he showed the audience MY CDs and later hugged me after his performance, I ALMOST didn't care that I didn't take a picture with him or get his autograph. If I'm blessed enough to see him again, I will try not to be so starstruck and ask for that picture AND autograph. Until then, I have the memory of his touch. GOD BLESS AL B. SURE! Welcome HOME!!! :D

Particularly with Al holding up your copies of his previous CDs, you can tell he truly appreciates and loves the fans who have been along this ride with him since Day 1!

Hello, I was there that night too! I feel the same way being in his presence was amazing. I really enjoyed seeing him live and he did a great job. This was my first time seeing him live and in person and I loved every minute of it. He did his thing, I'm so glad I was able to be there and enjoy his music. He sounded and looked great! Thanks for sharing you photos.
